Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can, we do not sell any of it, and this page says exactly who else sees it.

What we collect Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address — so we can get your order to you. Your order history — so we can answer a question about a past order without asking you to prove it. Basic information about how the site is used: pages visited, device type, roughly where in the world you are. This is how we find what is broken. We never see your full card number. Card details go straight to our payment processor and are not stored on our systems at any point.

Who we share it with This is the section most privacy policies leave out, so we have made it specific. This is the complete list.

  • Shopify — runs this shop and processes card payments on our behalf.

  • Our local couriers in Iraq and the United Arab Emirates — receive your name, address and phone number, because that is what a delivery needs.

  • WhatsApp — if you message us there, or if we message you to confirm a delivery address, that conversation sits on WhatsApp’s systems under their own terms as well as ours.

  • Our email provider — only if you have asked to hear from us.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and we do not hand it over for advertising.

Marketing We only email you if you asked us to. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately — no reply needed, no reason required.

Cookies The site uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your region and count visits. You can block them in your browser settings at any time; your cart may stop working if you do.

How long we keep it Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your information we will delete everything we are not legally obliged to hold, and tell you plainly what had to remain and why.

Your rights You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email info@luauna.com and a person will answer — we do not use a ticket system.
