Who can buy
You need to be 18 or older. When you place an order you are confirming that the details you have given us are accurate — the delivery address and the phone number especially, because we use both to reach you.

Safety and allergies
While four of our creams are vegan, our Royal Jelly Face Cream contains royal jelly. If you have a known allergy to bees or bee products, this specific product is not for you, and no discount changes that.

For all our creams, everyone should patch test on the inner forearm and wait 24 hours before first use. Stop using it if any redness, irritation or swelling appears, and speak to a doctor. Our creams are for external cosmetic use only. They are not medicines, and we make no medical claims for them.

The products
We describe our creams as accurately as we can, and the full ingredient lists are shown on each product page and printed on every jar. Colour, texture and packaging can vary slightly between batches, and colours can look different from one screen to another.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Iraqi dinars unless the site is displaying another currency for your region. The currency you will be charged in is confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not receive or store your card details.

Cash on delivery is available in Iraq. Our local courier collects payment at your door.

We may change prices at any time, but never on an order you have already placed and confirmed. If a price has been displayed wrongly through an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatching and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Delivery
Where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs are all set out on our Shipping & Delivery page, which is the version to rely on. Shipping is free to every country we deliver to.

Returns
Our Returns & Refunds page sets this out in full. In short: message us within 14 days of delivery if a jar arrived damaged, leaked or was the wrong item, and we will settle it from a photograph wherever we can. We cannot accept an opened jar back, for hygiene reasons.

What belongs to us
The text, photographs, logo, product names and design of this site are ours. Please do not copy or republish them without asking. If you would like to write about the products, message us — the answer is usually yes, and we will send you proper images to use.

Where we draw the line on liability
If something goes wrong with an order, what we owe you is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under law that cannot be signed away.

Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates for Luacee L.L.C-FZ, and any dispute falls to the courts of Dubai. That does not remove consumer rights you hold where you live.

Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date below tells you when we last did, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
