Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. No minimum, no thresholds, no surprise fees at checkout.

Where we deliver
We currently ship to two countries:

  • Iraq — nationwide

  • United Arab Emirates — nationwide

If you're outside these countries, message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 443 1702 before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

We use local couriers in each country rather than international freight, which is why delivery is quick and why we can offer cash on delivery.

Paying cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available in Iraq. Here's exactly how it works, so there are no surprises:

  1. You place your order and choose cash on delivery at checkout.

  2. You give us a WhatsApp number.

  3. We message you to confirm your delivery address and a time that suits you.

  4. We pass those details to our local courier, who delivers and collects payment at your door.

The reason we confirm by WhatsApp rather than relying on the address form alone is that it gets the parcel to the right place first time. Delivery timing starts once we've confirmed your address with you.

Paying online
You can also pay by card at checkout in either country. Orders paid online move straight to dispatch without the confirmation step.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment or address confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive an email once your order is on its way.

Duties and taxes
Both countries we deliver to are served by local couriers, so there are no import duties to pay on a normal order. If that ever changes for your address we will tell you before we dispatch, not after.

If something goes wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, or is later than the times above, message us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp at +971 52 443 1702 or email info@luauna.com. We deal with the courier ourselves — you shouldn't have to.

Failed deliveries
If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after repeated attempts, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. This is the main reason we confirm addresses by WhatsApp before dispatch.
